Gherardo Crucitti graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Genoa in 2000 and obtained the qualification to practice law in 2003.

During his professional activity he has developed extensive skills in civil law with particular reference to public services law (electricity and gas), commercial law, insolvency and bankruptcy law, banking law, debt collection, securities law and real estate and in general to the subject of civil liability with particular reference to liability actions brought against directors and auditors of individual and joint-stock companies (private and/or publicly held) and to environmental law with particular reference to compensation for environmental damage , making these skills available to the most important national companies, both in judicial and extrajudicial disputes (arbitrations), operating in particular in the public services sector.

In the specific matter of energy law, he can boast of having contributed to developing important jurisprudential guidelines favorable to companies selling gas and electricity in the most important Italian courts. Furthermore, he has acted in favor of the most important national distribution companies in numerous arbitrations.

In parallel with the above activities, over the course of his over twenty years of experience he has also dealt with business consultancy for small and medium-sized businesses, acquiring extensive knowledge in the various debt restructuring and recovery procedures of companies in crisis in order to avoid bankruptcy proceedings. . In this field, having acquired high-level specialist training following participation in the training course lasting 55 hours called "the negotiated composition for the solution of the business crisis referred to in Legislative Decree no. 118/2021" organized by the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Genoa and the Genoa Bar Association, since 2022 he has been registered in the list of independent experts for the negotiated settlement of the business crisis referred to in art. 3, c. 3, legislative decree n. 118/2021, conv. with mod. L. n. 147/2021, and subsequent amendments and additions (hereinafter Legislative Decree 118/2021), held by the Genoa Chamber of Commerce.

In parallel with the above activities, over the course of his over twenty years of experience he has also dealt with business consultancy for small and medium-sized businesses, acquiring extensive knowledge in the various debt restructuring and recovery procedures of companies in crisis in order to avoid bankruptcy proceedings. . In this field, having acquired high-level specialist training following participation in the training course lasting 55 (fifty-five) hours called "the negotiated composition for the solution of the business crisis referred to in Legislative Decree no. 118/2021" organized by the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Genoa and the Genoa Bar Association, since 2022 he has been registered in the list of independent experts for the negotiated settlement of the business crisis held by the Genoa Chamber of Commerce.

In addition to the above, it has always carried out debt collection activities in all its forms (securities and real estate enforcement procedures) and having acquired a high level of skills in real estate executive procedures, since 2015 he has been registered in the list of delegated professionals pursuant to art. 179-ter c.p.c. of the Court of Genoa, periodically receiving appointments to carry out the activity of delegate in real estate sales procedures.
